Events at Treasure City

We want Treasure City Thrift to be a resource for the greater community, beyond just the groups we donate money to. By selling items in our store at lower prices than other local retail and thrift shops we plan to be affordable to all, thereby opening our doors to a truly diverse set of folks.

For that reason, our space is available for community use outside of business hours. We want to broaden the scope of our mission into the realm of education in the form of community meetings, movies, speakers, workshops, and other events that meet our criteria for equality, openness, and mutual aid. These events will give the members of our local communities more opportunities to network, learn about, and benefit from experiences other than their own.

Additionally, we have window space for groups we support to promote their events.
